Are My Specs Good Enough For Gaming?

Hi, I have a question.

Is my laptop good enough to handle games like Call of Duty?

My computer is an Aspire E 15, It has a AMD Quad-Core Processor A8-7210 (up to 2.5 GHz)

AMD Radeon R5 Graphics, 8 GB DDR3 L Memeory, and 1000 GB HDD.

Is this good enough to play on low settings at least?
